Insight Imaging Film-less
Insight recently completed the first phase of its system-wide implementation of PACS (picture archiving and communication system). Over its five state coverage area, the Company is now completely film-less for all study types, which significantly enhances interpretation turn-around, clinical quality assurance and utilization monitoring efforts.

V.P. of Technical Operations Elected to SDMS Committee
At the 2005 Annual Conference of the Society for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Insight Imaging's Sergio Khomyak (Vice President of Technical Operations) was elected to serve on the SDMS Government Relations Committee.

Insight Imaging will be exhibiting at the Society for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers' 2005 Annual Conference, being held in Dallas, Texas this year from October 6-9 at the Hyatt Regency. Look for us at booth #611. Insight Imaging is proud to be a member of SDMS, the largest professional association representing Sonographers of every specialty.

Corporate Office Relocated
Insight recently completed the relocation of its corporate offices to the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC. As a result of the move, Insight is now co-located with MobileHWY (a related investee of parent company Crutchfield Capital, LLC) on the 2nd floor of the Roxborough Building found at 1901 Roxborough Road in Charlotte.

Insight Completes Florida Acquisition
Insight Imaging, LLC merged Sonologics, Inc. of Tampa into its recently launched Florida operations. This strategic acquisition will complement the momentum that Insight has generated in the Tampa market since December, 2004. Overall, the central Florida market represents an excellent opportunity for future Insight growth in the months and years ahead.
