| Mr. Mountcastle is the President and Co-Founder of Insight Imaging, LLC where he is responsible for the operations of the company, including customer support, legal issues and regulatory compliance. He is also President of AMG Healthcare where he is responsible for the overall operations of the company.
Prior to Insight Imaging and AMG Healthcare, Mr. Mountcastle was a principal of Oberlin Capital, L.P., a mezzanine capital firm, and an Assistant Vice President of Wachovia Bank, N.A. Mr. Mountcastle received his M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in 1998 and his B.A. in Economics from Davidson College in 1991. |
